Day 1: Hanoi Arrival (D)

You are warmly welcomed at airport with banner and fresh flowers branch. Our tour guide will escort you transfer to your preferred hotel, register the delegates and check in the hotel. You will have free time to relax. In the evening, the welcome party at the hotel with Vietnamese traditional music performance is available to welcome you and your team. We will overnight at the hotel.

Day 2: Full day meeting in hotel (B/L/D)

Have breakfast at hotel,

8.30am – 11.00am: Meeting with 1 tea – break, cookies, fresh fruits, tea, coffee.

11.00 am: buffet in private room is available

  In the afternoon:

  14.00 – 17.00: Meeting 1 tea – break, cookies, fresh fruits, tea, coffee.

  In the evening:

 18.00: our tour guide will pick up you to have dinner in the restaurant.

 We will have free time and overnight in Hanoi.

 Day 3: Hanoi – Halong – Hanoi Ha(Natural Heritage of the World) – Hanoi (B/L/D)

After breakfast at hotel, 8.00 am the guide will pick you up at your hotel in Hanoi around to transfer to Ha Long Bay. On the way, you will have chance to see the beautiful landscape of Red River Delta. We will spend 3.5 hours to transfer and we will have a short break of 20 minutes for relaxing. Arrive in Halong Bay about 12.00, the boat is waiting you and the tour guide will help you to go on boat. You will have lunch with fresh sea food on boat while cruise the bay to enjoy the beautiful limestone seascape, including the bay’s most famous sights: Thien Cung cave or the Palace Of Heaven Grotto and Dau Go Cave or Wooden Stake Grotto that are the most beautiful caves. Then we will come back harbor by another way to see Fighting cock, Sea dog,Tortoise. On the boat we can gaze sunset on Halong Bay. After about 4hour cruising in Halong Bay, we will return Hanoi about 7.00pm.We will have dinner in the hotel. Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 4: Hanoi – Departure (B/)

After breakfast at hotel, we will have free time then transfer to airport, take flight to your home.

Day 3: Hochiminh – Cuchi Tunnel – City tour (B/L/D)

After breakfast at hotel 8.00 am, the tour guide will pick up you at your hotel in Saigon to depart for the Cu Chi tunnels. Visit the underground system where villagers and VC used to live and fight during war time. In there, we really very attractive about the war stories from our experienced guide. 

Back to Saigon to have lunch, after that  we will visit the Re-unification palace- the former residence of president Nguyen Van Thieu, then the War Museum full of  relics from the US and French Vietnam wars. Stroll around busy Ben Thanh market. Return hotel to have dinner. Overnight in Saigon.

Day 4: Hochiminh – Departure (B/)

After breakfast at hotel, we will have free time then transfer to airport, take flight to your home.
