Payment and deposit:
A deposit of 50usd per person is payable to your travel consultant within 10 days of confirmation, to secure a booking. A further deposit may be required by the airline, tour operator, cruise line or other principal.
The balance is payable 25 days before your departure or immediately on confirmation if booked within this period.

The method of the payment:
You can choose pay by bank transfer or by the credit card.
- If you choose to pay by bank transfer, all bank services charge will be paid by you.

Cancellation policy:
Cancellation policy for FIT:
    If you cancel or terminate your travel booking with us at any time after confirmation, it will attract a 50usd per person cancellation fee.
    If you cancel from 25 to 15 days before your departure, 35% of total fee will be charged
    If you cancel late 15 - 05 days before your departure, 75% of total fee will be charged.
    If you cancel late 05 days before your departure or no-show, 100% of total fee will be charged.
Cancellation policy for GIT:
Base on the cancellation policy of the hotel, the cancellation policy for GIT will be applied for each group. We will advise you on e-mail once the booking is confirmed.

Child Rate:
For travel land services:
The children are under 2 years: free of charge and no meal/no bed/ no (Sharing with their parents for all services)
The children are between 2-12 years: Sharing room without extra bed, they will pay 30% adult fare, with extra bed pay 75% fare.

The clients from 12 years is applied as adult.

For air tickets: Depend on the air-line policy as follow:
Children fare:
10% adult air – ticket cost is applied for children under 2 years old children
 75% adult air – ticket is applied for the from 2 to 12 years old children

100% adult air - ticket is applied for the person from 12 years old up
 
Guides:
All services will be provided with a qualified English speaking tour guide. And if you need the other foreign language-speaking guide (Germany, French, Chinese, Japanese, Italian, Spanish, Russian ...) please advise us in advance, we will arrange for you with surcharge.

Insurance:
Insurance is not included in the tour cost. And we would like to high recommend that you should sell your travel insurance in your country. But we will assist you during your trip.

Limit liability:
Our liability is providing about the information, the tour program and tour cost which is correct at the time of printing, goods and services of merchantable quality. Our travel consultant will fully and clearly explain to you what goods or services you will receive. We do not own or operate services in our own right, acting only as booking agent for our service providers (such as airline companies, rental car companies, hotels…), and thus we are not responsible for these services. Bookings are subject to the terms, conditions and limitation of liabilities imposed by these service providers.
We do not accept liability whatsoever for injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expenses caused directly or indirectly by events which are beyond our control and jurisdiction.
Itineraries and tours prices are based on the situation at the time of printing the tariff and could be subject to the change due to local conditions. Participation in tour program implies the clients’ agreement to the above.
